Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Deco Nation. We want you to love what you ordered, and this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Since most orders are processed and dispatched quickly, you can request a change or cancellation only within a few hours of placing your order. To cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at 0318 1289405 or email at support@deco-nation.com. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you — this does not apply to Cash on Delivery orders where the item was refused at the doorstep without inspection.

Returns
If you change your mind about an order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 0318 1289405 or email at support@deco-nation.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom or made-to-order items, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please inspect your package at the time of delivery whenever possible. If you refuse a COD order without a valid reason (such as visible damage), you may be asked to cover return shipping costs on future orders, and repeated refusals may affect your ability to place future COD orders with us.
